PENGARUH BERBAGAI KOMPOSISI TINGKAT KONSENTRASI MEDIA PUPUK UREA TERHADAP KANDUNGAN GLUKOSA Nannochloropsis sp. SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF BAHAN BAKU BIOETANOL
ABSTRACT: Nannochloropsis sp.
is a microalgae that colonize. Nannochloropsis sp. potential as bio-ethanol, because
it has a high nutrient content to meet the needs of the manufacture of
bioethanol through fermentation process. Bioethanol can be made from substances
that hydrolyzed starch to glucose. Efforts to use information needed for the
manufacture of bioethanol glucose content of Nannochloropsis sp. by culture for
7 days. This research was conducted in the Laboratory of the Department of
Fisheries and Marine UNSOED Purwokerto. The purpose of this study to determine the
highest glucose content in cultures of Nannochloropsis sp., M engetahui glucose
content of Nannochloropsis sp. optimal as bioethanol feedstock at different
urea concentrations, and to determine the influence of water quality
(temperature, salinity, and pH) on the growth of Nannochloropsis sp. This study
uses the 4 treatment (A) Urea: ZA: TSP → 1: 2: 1 to a ratio of 10 g: 20 g: 10
g; (B) Urea: ZA: TSP → 2: 2: 1 to a ratio of 20 g: 20 g: 10 g; (C) Urea: ZA:
TSP → 3: 2: 1 with a ratio of 30 g: 20 g: 10 g, and (D) Urea: ZA: TSP → 4: 2: 1
to a ratio of 40 g : 20 g: 10 g. Research using completely randomized design
and 4 replications. The results showed that different doses of urea
concentration was significantly different (P ≤ 0.05) of the glucose content and
density of Nannochloropsis sp. Highest glucose content of Nannochloropsis sp. Is
29.13%. Treatment B obtain optimal glucose content in urea concentration
differences. Quality of water affects the growth of Nannochloropsis sp.
