STRATEGI BALIKAN TERSTRUKTUR DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PRAKTIK PEMBELAJARAN MIKRO MAHASISWA TEKNIK MESIN UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MALANG
ABSTRACT: This study was
conducted to test the differences of student’s learning out comes on practice
of micro teaching between using structural feedback on instruction and without
it. The independence variable of this study is the types of instruction; using
structural feedback on instruction and without it. The dependence variable of
this study is student’s learning outcomes on practice of micro teaching. This
study was conducted using post-test only with control group design. The sample
of this study was 42 students, in two difference treatment classes, they were
using structural feedback and without it. The hypotheses of this study related
with testing of the differences of the student’s learning outcomes on practice
of micro teaching. By t-test was revealed that there was the differences of the
student’s learning outcomes on practice of micro teaching using structural
feedback on instruction and without it (t=5,28; p<0.05). This research
finding has the suggestion that giving structural feedback on instruction is
applied during micro teaching’s instruction. Beside that, replication study
should be conducted with other subject matters and samples.
