Abstract: This study examines
the effects of technology of information
system, knowledge and trust in technology of information system on individual
performance. To test the hypotheses, a Partial
Least Square (PLS)
analysis is applied
to questionnaire survey
data from 54 IT personnels in
Banking Industry in
Pekanbaru. As hypothesized,
the results revealed
the existence and a
significant and positive
association among technology
of information system, knowledge
and trust to
individual performance. This
study provides a
further explanation on the importance of technology of information
system, knowledge and trust in
enhancing individual performance.
Practical implication arise
from the findings and suggestion for future studies are also
discussed.
