Abstract: Environmental law
enforcement must not be always through the justice institution
but it also
can be done
outside of it
that is caused by
exploitation activity of
natural resource ignored natural and
environmental conservation. Therefore,
win-win solution is one
of ways that
can be done
that nobody harmed and the agreement will give more
justice. The effort in finishing the
lawsuit of living
environment outside the
court should be done voluntarily by people involved,
those who stand the loss, cause the
loss and also the
governmental institutions related to the subject who have the lawsuit.
It can also involve those who concern to
living environment.
