Pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen Dan Implementasi Manajemen Kualitas Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di Kota Padang)
Abstract: The purpose of this
research is to examine: 1) Effect of Management Control System on Firms
Performance. 2) Effect of Quality Management Practices on Firms Performance.
Population of this research is
construction companies listed in Gapeksindo Association in Padang City. Sample
Selection method is Total Sampling, consist of 60 companies. Data collection is
gained through questionnaire. This statistical analys uses Regression Linear
Analysis.
The results of this research provides empirical evidence that: 1)
Management Control System has positive effect on Firms Performance. 2) Quality
Management Practices has no effect on the Firms Performance.
The future study should explore other variables which have effects on the
firms’ performance. The future research could also explore other samples or
other organizations. It is recommended to the contruction in Padang City to
improve performance with Management Control System and Quality Management
Practices.
