Pengaruh Peran Inspektorat Daerah Dan Budaya Organisasi Daerah Terhadap Penerapan Good Governance (Studi Empiris Pada Pemerintah Kota Bukittinggi)
Abstract: This study aimed to
examine the effect of regional inspectorate role and organizational culture on
the implementation of good governance at the regional work units ( SKPD )
Bukittingggi City .
This study classified the causative research . The population in this
study were all SKPDs town of Bukittinggi . Sampling was done with a total
sampling method , and obtained 32 samples throughout SKPDs . The type of data
used is the data subject and the data source used is primary data . Data
collection method used is to use a questionnaire . The analysis used is
multiple regression analysis.
The results show that : 1 ) the role of regional inspectorate and not
adversely affect the implementation of good governance , where t count > t
table is -0.439 < 2.0017 ( sig 0.663 > 0.05 ), which means that H1 is
rejected . 2 ) a significant positive influence of organizational culture on
the implementation of good governance , where t count > t table is 4.852
> 2.20017 ( sig 0.000 < 0.05 ) which means that H2 is accepted.
In this study suggested : ( 1 ) the government sets performance
indicators so that it is easier to government performance is measured by the
auditors and the implementation of good governance can be achieved , ( 2 )
increasing the role of organizational culture in can on society and ( 3 ) the
research could further adding variables another influence on the implementation
of good governance .
