Pengaruh Pendanaan Dari Luar Perusahaan Dan Modal Sendiri Terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Property and Real Estate yang Terdaftar di BEI)
Abstract: This research aimed
to test 1) The effect of external Funding to Profitability, 2) Equity on
Profitability. This type of research causative research. The population in this
research property and real estate company registered in BEI in 2010 until 2012.
Sample was determined by the purposive sampling method. Types of data secondary
data and the method of analysis used multiple regression analysis. Based on the
results of multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0,05, the
result of the study concluded: 1) Funding from outside firms no significant
effect on profitability , where the significance value 0.324 > 0.05 or the
value of t < t table is 0.992 < 1.988 and β at 0,312 ( H1 rejected) 2)
Capital itself has no significant effect on profitability, where the
significance value 0.017 < 0.05 or the value of t < t table is -2.428
< 1.988 and β for -2,180-5(H2rejected). This research suggested: 1) for
further researcher should consider expanding the sample beyond the property and
real estate sector and extend the observation period, so that the results
obtained can be generalized, 2) many other factor that affect for further
researcher should be able to collaborate on a variety of relevant variables in
affecting performance of company and development of their return on net worth
of a company.
