Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah Dan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Pengamanan Aset Negara (Studi Empiris Pada Kementerian Perindustrian Wilayah Jawa Sumatera)
Abstract: This study aims to
examine 1) the effect of the implementation of the internal control system of
government management of state property to the security of state assets, and 2)
the influence of human resources to the security of state assets in the
Ministry of Industry Java-Sumatra region. This study is classified as a type of
research that is causative. The population in this study using the agencies
working unit in the Ministry of Industry Java-Sumatra region. Number of Unit 35
Unit is comprised of the school, training center, research institute, and major
research center. This study uses a sampling technique in total sampling, where
all units are working in Java-Sumatra regions sampled. Number of respondents 70
respondents where each unit has 2 (two) staff person in charge. Data were
collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents directly concerned.
The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of
Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS). Conclusion the study shows: 1)
the implementation of the government's system of internal control management of
state property a positive significant effect on the assets securing the country
with tcount> ttable is 2,012 > 2,00247 (sig 0,049 < α 0,05) which
means that H1 is accepted, and 2) human resources positively significant effect
on the security state of assets with tcount> ttable is 2,216 > 2,00147
(sig 0,005 > α 0,05) which means that H2 is accepted. Suggestions in this
study were: 1) to employees working unit Ministry of Industry to improve the
implementation of Government Internal Control System, as well as studying the
job description specified respective agencies, so as to carry out duties in
accordance with what is entrusted. 2) recommended to the government all
indicators of internal control, so as to positively support the implementation
of state asset security.
