Pengaruh Partisipasi Penganggaran, Komitmen Organisasi, Kompleksitas Tugas Terhadap Senjangan Anggaran (Pada BUMN di Kota Padang)
Abstract: This study aims to
determine how much influence Budgeting Participation, Organizational Commitment
and Task Complexity on budgetary slack in BUMN in the city of Padang. Sampling
technique using total sampling. The study sample was obtained from the Finance
Manager and Marketing Manager. The type of data used is primary data. Data were
analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that a
significant positive bepengaruh Budgeting Participation on budgetary slack,
while the Organizational Commitment and Task Complexity is not a positive
significant effect on budgetary slack.
