Pengaruh Ownership Retention Dan Investasi Dana Dari Proceeds Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kepemilikan Manajerial Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Abstract: The research aims
to: 1) retention effect of ownership to company value. 2) effect of investment
funds from the proceeds of the company's value. 3) effect of managerial
ownership moderate the relationship between ownership retention with company
values. 4) effect of moderate the relationship between managerial ownership of
the proceeds to fund investment company values. The type of research classified
research that are causative. Sample in this research are company registered on
BEI. Samples in this research are secondary data. Method of analysis used is
multiple regression analysis, Simultaneous testing results indicate that:
ownership retention and investment of funds from the proceeds had no
significant effect on corporate value, managerial ownership does not strengthen
ownership retention on corporate value and managerial ownership does not
strengthen the investment fund from the proceeds of the company's value. The
results conclude that : 1) multiply the total sample, 2) extend the period of
observation dan field analysis techniques in addition to multiple regression
analysis, 3) additional variables that affect the value of the company.
