PENGARUH KONFLIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA MELALUI KEPERCAYAAN

Abstract: Organization as a gathering place for individuals who have the  vision,  mission,  and  the  same  goal,  but  based  on  different backgrounds. The interaction between each individual to another can made  individual  differences  in  terms  of  values,  attitudes,  beliefs, perception or opinion. It makes  conflict in organization. This research aimed  to  describe,  to  examine  and  to  analyze  whether  conflict  has effect  to  job  satisfaction  through  trust.  The  sampling  technique  of research use proportionate stratified random sampling, 65 employees at the Directorate of Personnel and General PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III Surabaya as sample. Statistical analysis method used Partial Least Square.  The  result  of  this  research  proves  that  conflict  has  a significant  and  negative  impact  on  trust.  Trust  has  a  significant  and positive  impact  on  job  satisfaction.  Conflict  has  a  significant  and negative impact on job satisfaction through the mediation of trust.
