PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. GRAHA RAJA EMPAT
Abstract: This study aimed to
analyze the relationship between financial compensation as an independent
variable to see its effect on job satisfaction and work motivation. Effective
compensation system will create job satisfaction of employees, and motivate
employees to be more loyal to the company. Samples of this study were employees
of PT Graha Raja Empat. With a population of 30 people. Saturated sampling
technique using a sample in which all members of the population used as a
sample in this study. Statistical analysis method used in this research is the
method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of financial compensation
in a significant effect on job satisfaction. This can be demonstrated by the t
value (5.619) greater than 1.96. For the second variable is known that
financial compensation have a significant influence on work motivation with t
value (7.465) greater than 1.96.
