PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract: This  study  aims  to examine  and  analyze  impact  financial compensation  and  job  stress  has  a  effect  on  job  satisfaction  of employee  in  the  office  PT.  Semenanjung  Pangeran  Agung.  The sampling  technique  of  this  study  is  using  jenuh  sampling,  where the populations  used  is  the  employees  who  has  a  service  life  at  least  5 years and sample size of 32 respondents. Statistical analysis method used  in  this  study  is  the  multiple  linear  regression  with  the  help  of SPSS 20 software. Based on the result of the analysis concluted that 1)financial compensation have a significant  effect on job satisfaction of employees so that the first hypothesis is proven true, 2) job stress had no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees so that the second hypothesis is not proven true, 3) financial compensation and job stress  is jointly significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
