PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract: This research had the purpose to analyze the effects of job satisfaction  and  organizational  commitment,  simultaneously  and partially, on the employees’ performances.  The  population  was  the employees performances at PT. Pelindo Marine Service in Surabaya. The population was the employees in PT.  Pelindo Marine Service in Surabaya amounted to 120 persons. Sample taken were as many as 92 persons by purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by multiple  linear  regressions.Conclusions  in  this  research  were  that there was simultaneously, positive and significant effect between job satisfaction  and  organizational  commitment  on  the  employees’ performances  at  PT.  Pelindo  Marine  Service  of  Surabaya  and  there was  partially,  positive  and  significant  effect  between  job  satisfaction and organizational commitment on employees’ performances at PT Pelindo Marine of Surabaya.
