PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI BAURAN PEMASARAN JASA TERHADAP PROSES KEPUTUSAN WISATAWAN MENGUNJUNGI OBJEK WISATA DI KOTA PADANG

Abstract: This  research  examines the  the  effect  of  implementation  of  service  marketing  mix  on the    process  of  tourist  decision  making  to  make  a  tour  in  Padang  city.This  study mainly  used  the  service  marketing  approach. The  sampling  method  used  was purposive sampling technique. The sample size was 150 tourists. The data analyzed by path analysis. The results of study show that implementation of service marketing mix have  significant  influence  simultaneously  and  partially  toward  of  tourist  decision making to make a tour in Padang city.
