Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Integritas Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Pemerintah (Studi Empiris pada Perwakilan BPKP di Provinsi Sumatera Barat)
Abstract: This study aimed to
determine : ( 1 ) The influence of leadership style on the performance of
government auditors. ( 2 ) The influence on the performance integrity of the
government auditors. ( 3 ) The influence of organizational commitment on the
performance of government auditors. Type of research is causative . The
population in this study is a government auditors who worked on BPKP
Representative in the province of West Sumatra. The technique of sampling is
simple random sampling method. Data collection method used is to use a
questionnaire . The analysis is performed multiple regression analysis using
SPSS version 16.
The results of this study indicate: ( 1 ) leadership style positive
significant effect on the performance of which the government auditor. ( 2 )
Integrity positive significant effect on the performance of which the
government auditor. ( 3 ) organizational commitment positive significant effect
on the performance of which the government auditor.
