PENGARUH FAKTOR KOMUNIKASI, KEPRIBADIAN EKSTRAVERSI, DAN KEPRIBADIAN KETELITIAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA

Absrtact:   Human  resources’  case  has  been  main  problem  for developing  company  in  globalization  era.Bad  managing  human resources  has  impact  to  job  performance.  The  effectivity  of communication factors, extraversion, and conscientiousness are one of strategy to increase officers’ job performance. This research aimed to  analyze  the  influence  of  communication factors,  extraversion  and conscientiousness to officers’ job performance. Research population are  the  officers  at  Directorate  Of  Personnel  and  General  PT. Pelabuhan  Indonesia  III  (Persero)  Surabaya.  Sample  are  74 respondences  by  using  samples  saturated  technique.  Using questionnairs and analyzing data assumed double liniear regression as measurements. Using partial test, result of research shows that it has  significant  positive  influence  for  communication  factors  and conscientiousness  to  job  performance  but  extraversion doesn’t.Communication  factors  are  the  dominant  variable  to influence job performance.
