PENGARUH ETIKA KERJA ISLAM DAN PROFESIONALISME TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI (Studi pada Internal Auditor BUMN di Kota Banda Aceh)
Abstrak: This research aimed
to examine and analyse the influence of Islamic work ethics and professionalism
to organization commitment. The research is conducted by using 25 BUMN in Banda
Aceh as population and intern auditor as the unit of analysis. Data are
collected through questioners and analyzed with path analysis. The result of
this research proves that Islamic work ethics and professionalism influence
organization commitment.
