Pengaruh Earning Power Dan Good Corporate Governace Terhadap Manajemen Laba (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Go Public yang Berpartisipasi dalam CGPI Tahun 2009-2012)

Abstract: The study examined the effect of 1) Earning Power on Earning Management and 2) Good Corporate Governace on Earning Management. This research study classified the causative. The population in this research are Go public Corporates participate in CGPI at 2009-2012. The samples are 13 Corporates. The analysis method using multiple regression analysis.
The result show 1) Earning Power has not positive significant effect on Earning Management and 2) Good Corporate Governace has negative significant effect on Earning Management.
