Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Struktur Modaldan Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (StudiEmpiris: Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2010-2012)
Abstract: This study examine
the effect ofCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Capital Structure and Institutional
Ownershiponthe firm value. The population in this study is amanufacturer
company listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange (IDX) period of 2010-2012. The
sample in this study is determined by purposivesampling with 56 companies. The
method of analysis is using panel regression model. The resultshow that: (1)
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), has significantly and positive effect on
firm value, (2) Capital Structurehasn’tsignificantly and negative effect on
firm value, and (3)Institutional Ownership
hasn’t significantly and positive effecton firm value.
