PENGARUH CITRA TOKO TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN PADA MINIMARKET ALFAMART KAMAL

Abstract:   Kamal  Alfamart  success  is  determined  by  several  things, the  first  is  the  image,  these  factors  are  related  to  the  company's overall  image  is  formed  through  interaction  in  the  form  of  helping consumers identify a brand and differentiate it from other brands. This research  is  conclusive  research.  The  population  in  this  study  is customer  at  Kamal  Alfamart  minimarket.  Samples  taken  as  many  as 136 people with accidental sampling technique. Measuring instrument used a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of t test, store image variables which consists of:  place,  product,  price,  customer  service,  promotion,  and  physical facilities  influence  partially  and  between  all  variables,  product  gives highes influence.
