PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN
Absteract: Productivity
is influenced by
many factors, such
as job satisfaction and
organizational culture. The purpose of this research was to determine
the effect of
organizational culture and
job satisfaction on employee
productivity, either partially
or simultaneously. The
sample used in this
study 50 employees
of the production
at PT. Rock
Stone Universe. Measurement scale using a Tribox method, continued
validity, reliability and the
classical assumptions for
testing data. Hypothesis testing using
multiple linear regression
analysis with SPSS.
Based on the research
result there is no significant
influence of organizational culture variables
partially on employee
productivity, And the
significant influence on job satisfaction variable on employee
productivity.
