Abstract: The objective of
this research is to investigate the influence of retailing mix toward
Department Store’s (case study on
Ramayana Department Store
Kota Jambi) The
research surveyed 100
respondent who are
Ramayana Department Store Kota
Jambi visitors using
convenience sampling method primary
data gained by
conducting observation, interview and questioner dissemination (that the
validity and reliability of the questioner had alreadybeen tested). The data
collected analyzed by using multiple regression method. The result of this
research shows that simultanly and partially retailing mix replayed
by Ramayana Department
Store (product, price,
place, promotion, physical facilities,
services and sales forces are significantly influence toward the image of
Ramayana Department Store Kota Jambi.
