Pengaruh APBD Berbasis Kinerja Dan Pengawasan DPRD Terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Empiris Pada Instansi Pemerintah Daerah di Kota Padang)
Abstract: This study aims to
obtain empirical evidence: (1) The effect of motivation on organizational
performance. (2) Effect of the organization's commitment on organizational
performance. (3) Effect of participation in budgeting on organizational
performance. The population was SKPD in Padang city. The selection of samples
used total sampling technique. Data processing technique used multiple
regression with SPSS Version 17. The results of this study show that: (1)
Motivation has significant positive impact on organizational performance. (2)
the commitment of organization does not affect positive significant toward
organizational performance. (3) Participation budget preparation has no
significant positive effect on organizational performance.
