Pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Dan Partisipasi Publik Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Layanan Publik (Studi Empiris Pada Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Pasaman Barat)
Abstract: The objective of
this research is to measure the influence of accountability, transparency and
public participation toward public service organization performance. Research
object is Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan terpadu Kabupaten
Pasaman barat. Questionnaire was used as research instrument. Questionnaire
were distrubuted to publics as responden who use this public service. Research
variables are acoountability, transparency, participation and performance.
Result shows that accountability, transparency and public participation
influence performance significantly.
