PENERAPAN NORMA PERLINDUNGAN KERJA DALAM PERJANJIAN KERJA OUTSOURCING ( ALIH DAYA) PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DI KOTA JAMBI
Abstract: The Protection of
working are the right every employee. That
need to be implement the norm of the protection of working in the
working agreement. The worker in the outsourcing system has to know the right
and obligation. In Outsourcing system, there are three point of view,
outsourcing company, the employees, and the people or company which are giving
the work to the worker. The working agreement of outsourcing that is made by
the outsourcing worker with the company of outsourcing, that will involve the
company which giving the work to the worker are The Bank, and in the working
agreement. That need to regulate the norm of protection of worker.
