PELAKSANAAN HAK ANGKET DEWAN PERWAKILAN RAKYAT DAERAH (DPRD) KOTA JAMBI
ABSTRACT: The aim
of this script
is to study
the implementation the
rights of Jambi’s parliamentary, especially the
normative and empiric polling right and to know the cause of the Jambi’s
parliamentary polling right can be accomplished. The regional parliamentary as
the Regional Legislative, is the regional institution which is has difference
with the regional government, but has the same position. For to do its
functions, the regionaln parliamentary as the regional legislative has some right,
one of its
is polling right.
Before to implement
the polling right,
the regional parliamentary, has
to implement the
interpelasi right first.
This right implement to
ask the explanation
of province government,
district government, and the city
about the policy of government province, district, and citty that have an
extensive important and strategic impact for social living, región, and state. The cause
factors the implementation of
polling right are proposed for
Mayor which is not
suitable and to
be considered the
faulty in the
law, and the implementations has been suitable to the
Jambi’s parliamentary regulations.
