KONTRIBUSI MOTIVASI KERJA, HUBUNGAN REKAN SEKERJA DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI
Abstract: This research was
conducted on 52 employees of Club Arena Spa and Fitness Centre Somerset
Surabaya Hotel and Serviced Residence by using saturation sampling technique.
In this study the authors used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS
16.0 For Windows. Based on the descriptive data subjects showed that motivation
to work, co-worker relationships and financial compensation in Club Arena is
located in the high category. Otherwise the results based on the analysis of
data show that the variables of work
motivation, co-worker relationships and financial compensation jointly or
simultaneously are significant effect on organizational commitment Club Arena.
The results also showed variable work motivation partially positive significant
effect on organizational commitment. Variable co-worker relationship partially did
not significantly effect on organization commitment and variable financial
compensation partially positive significant
effect on organizational commitment on Club Arena.
