Belief System, Diagnostic Control System, Interactive Control System, Organizational Learning, dan Kinerja Organisasi
Abstrak: This study examined
the association using the MCS framework Lever of Control (LOC) on the
capabilities and its relationship to organizational performance. The focus of
MCS used in this research that the LOC framework consisting of belief systems,
diagnostic control systems, and interactive control system. While the construct

uses structural equation modeling as a tool of analysis and PLS Smart software
used to process data. The findings of this study are: belief systems, diagnostic
