ANALISIS POTENSI KEUANGAN DAERAH PEMERINTAH KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE DALAM PELAKSANAAN OTONOMI DAN DESENTRALISASI DAERAH
Abstrak: This research
entitled “Analysis development of Region’s Finances Ability in Supporting Carrying
Out of Region Autonomy in Lhokseumawe City” which has purpose to identify the
level of region’s finances ability in Lhokseumawe city to support carrying out
of region autonomy in Lhokseumawe as well as to identify whether
Lhokseumawe income sources undergo progresses
year by year. This research is carried out directly to dPKAd office Lhokseumawe,
which in direct corrrelation to reserch object namely “Analysis development of Region’s Finances
Ability in Supporting Carrying Out of Region Autonomy in Lhokseumawe City”.
This research applies descriptive data analysis method, systematic figures, factual and accurate fact,
characteristic and also correlation among observing phenomenon. After completing
research, it shows that from 2006 to 2010, Lhokseumawe income undergoes fluctuation
in every year. In 2006 the income was
Rp. 392.910.512.459,- while in 2007 it was Rp. 568.602.925.123,- then in
2008 it. declined 17 % from the prior year to be Rp. 470.512.942.830,-. In 2009
the income increased 14.50 % and became
Rp.538.752.443.433. In 2010 it redescend
21.53 % Rp. 422. 747.397.809. Lhokseumawe income undergoes unstable fluctuation
years by years. This is also because of Lhokseumawe revenue is different every year. Therefore, local
government is supposed to raise Lhokseumawe income by increasing PAd
either by extensification or intensification.
