ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PT. KALBE FARMA TBK, SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH AKUISISI
Abstract: This study aims
to identify and analyze
the company's financial
performance before and after the
acquisition of PT Kalbe Farma
Tbk. The population of this research is all the pharmaceutical companies that
are going public in Indonesia. The sample
was PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) which is
one of the pharmaceutical companies that have been
acquired in 2005. Processing and analysis of data using measurement tools EVA
(Economic Value Added) with the help of
Microsoft Excel 2007. From the
analysis by using a measuring
instrument Economic Value Added (EVA) can be seen that the value of Economic
Value Added (EVA) PT Kalbe Farma Tbk from 2001
to 2010 increased. The average
value of EVA prior to the
acquisition in the amount of 191,513 and the average EVA value after the
acquisition is equal to 815,621.
