Analisis Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Rendahnya Realisasi Penerimaan Retribusi Parkir Kota Padang
Abstract: This study aimed to
determine: the factors that cause the low realization parking retribution in
Padang. This research was a major component analysis (principal component analysis
= PCA). The population in this study was the Department of Transportation,
Communication and Informatics of Padang city, UPT parking area of Padang city,
Department of Finance and Asset Management District (DPKA), and parking
attendants in Padang. The sample was determined based on the total sampling
method and purposive sampling method by 129 people. Data analysis technique
used factor analysis with SPSS version 16.0 for Windows.
The results showed that: the main factor which causes the low realization
of parking retribution is a socialization with total of Eigenvalues 3.292. it
means the total variance explained these factors was 3.292. percent of variance
65.839 which this means factor can explicate the diversity of indicators
65.839% with loading factor each statement above 0.4.
It suggested for Department of Transportation: (1) to give at least
attendant about the substance, the content and other matters related to the
implementation of rule. (2) to increase the number of Supervisor of parking.
(3) to supervise directly in order to minimize fraud or inappropriate which can
be happened in collecting the retribution.
