MODEL PERILAKU KEUANGAN MANAJER BANK BUMN Tbk. DI KOTA JAMBI
Abstract: The purpose of this
study is to identify the behavior of state-owned bank manager finance Tbk in
Jambi . The purpose of this study was also to determine and analyze the effect
of market performance of SOEs Tbk against state-owned bank manager financial
behavior Tbk in Jambi . This study uses a combination of research methods (
mixed method ) , which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative
research methods . The type of research that is used is a combination of
Sequential Exploratory Design , which is in the early stages of research using
qualitative methods and the next stage using quantitative methods . The results
of this study found the financial behavior of a state bank manager Tbk in Jambi
have psychological variables and variables of financial knowledge .
Psychological variables consist of indicators of internal factors of emotion
and emotional indicators of external factors . While the indicator variable has
the financial knowledge of investment policies and policy indicators of
financial resources. The research concludes that there is no influence on the
market performance of SOEs Tbk financial behavior Tbk state bank manager in the
city of Jambi.
