problem that has
occurred during this
time, when The

leasing company. this problem make the rest of the vehicle price payment
delayed and causing the debt to branch
astra isuzu.
Based on the above problems, Astra Isuzu Hr. Muhammad Surabaya branch need
a method to support of
process monitoring administrative documents
and Administrative Workflow
Systems considered suitable to
be applied on
this monitoring s ystem.
Method of Administrative Workflow System is
a workflow system
that can keep
track of what
is done by each user and give new
tasks according to a set of rules.
With the implementation of
the Administrative Workflow
Systems on this
Monitoring system can helps
sales unit, sales leasing to monitor the administration
of customer vehicle sales to monitor
