Abstract: PDAM
Surya Sembada is responsible
for providing clean
water in Surabaya.
PDAM Surya Sembada trying to control the organization to an enterprise
useful to improve the company. Human Resources is the important asset of
companies . C urrent problems are the p resident want to know how
about the performance of their employee has, already
accordance with the target from the company. Companies hope that employees can
doing they job accordance with the company’s goal. So for help the president,
need an application of performance
appraisal that can be aware of these
objectives work based
on performance employee.
PDAM Surya Sembada
have ± 1.300 employees spread
in three location
office, to get
information in realtime
need a technology
for connected. Web based
technology is connected
with internet (online)
employee can access the information realtime
and recording daily
activity easily and
quickly. In addition
the leaders can monitoring and
validate daily activities
of employees. This
application give a
convinience of performance appraisal
employees based on work performance: recording daily
activity, validation and monitoring daily
activity and the
appraisal work target
and behaviour of employees.
Beside that this application
can shows the
result of performance
apprais al employees based
on work performance in one year periode.
