RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENCATATAN REKAM MEDIS PADA UNIT RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT ASSAKINAH MEDIKA SIDOARJO
Abstract: Assakinah
hospital is an

which is the
purpose to service
the public. The problems now is if there is no medical history or the
quest in a group at the files to less careful
so regard the
patient does not
have a medical
history, altho ugh the patient
has come to treatment medicine. In this case, the patient be able to made a new
medical records by the official employee of medical records, until happen
redundancy data which has made the official employee does not know the status
new patient or long patient. Besides that, this process need time less than 20 minutes until the patient must be waiting. Therefore,
RSAM needs an application to write medical records in unit care course that can
help the medical records for the quest data, to kn ow the status or new patient
or long patient until it does not happen redundant data and make time be
efficient. The result of
observe and evaluation
which has done, that stake built application writing medical history
at unit care
course in RSAM
produce information medical
history about patient visited, measure patient, and outcome. With availability
this application provided can make faster the process passes quest data and
register medical records which is can help an URJ doctor.
