RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING DAN EVALUASI KINERJA DIVISI KAPAL NIAGA BERDASARKAN METODE BALANCED SCORECARD PADA PT. PAL INDONESIA
Abstract: Currently, PT. PAL
is experiencing substantial losses. With the loss of the PT. PAL has transformed the
old corporate strategy
are more concerned
with financial factors
with a new corporate strategy that uses the conce pt
of balanced scorecard. With the old system management Division Commercial
Vessel difficult to
know the cause
of a decrease
in profit as
well as the difficulty of
monitoring the internal
process of the
Commercial Vessel Division.
So that management can ensure
that the process goes according to plan and know how it works, requiring management
system performance monitoring and evaluation in accordance with the new
corporate strategy. Based on
the above issues
authors propose Application
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Division of the Commercial
Vessel. The authors use the balanced scorecard method in accordance with the
concept of the PT. PAL. To process the data that there are writers use the
direct method of rating. The data that has been processed will be the source of
the data in the reports to be made. Based on the results of testing and
evaluation, it is known that the application can perform monitoring of
the performance of the division
of the ship so that
management can ensure
the performance of the
division of commercial
ships in accordance
with the plan.
Additionally this application
can provide the
results of the
evaluation of the performance
of the merchant
vessel division on a quarterly basis in accordance with the concept of
the balanced sc orecard so that the results of the evaluation of the management
can identify problems on a merchant vessel division.
