Model Aplikasi Pengukuran Kinerja Dosen dalam Evaluasi Proses Belajar Mengajar “Studi Kasus : Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta”
Abstract: Measurements of faculty performance in teaching and learning is very
desirable as a basis for
corrective measures to improve the quality of learning
in the following semester, the critic and student input must be concerned
by teacher.At Each semester the faculty
distribute questionnere to all student for measuring and give assesement about they teacher
performance.The Questionnaires then processed and given to the lecturer concerned to be
used as guidelines for self-introspection in running
classes next semester. In the data processing to obtain the results
of performance measurement of teachers needed an application that quickly and
precisely to give an accurate information. In this study researchers used a
systems engineering research that serves to process data questionnaire that
measures the performance of faculty in teaching and learning can be done as soon as possible, include
sample selection methods
for measuring several
indicators of competency consisting of several questions. The
Application model is built using Microsoft Access 2000 as a software interface
and database for considering the ease of doing a query for data processing
questionnaires.
