Abstract: The Indonesian issue
againts Australia in Arafura sea have occured since 1970 until now because of
the lack of charity borders of Indonesian and Australia in Arafura sea, both
countries have claimed their rights in the sea. Further more researcher using
desciptive method that describes the phenomenon based on the facts how
the Indonesian goverments
effort to solve
the maritime border
issue with Australia. Later
the result of
this study are
