Abstract: The Mexican

and external efforts have been successful, but give negative impactin the
handling ofthe case. The negative impact is referred to the killing of civilian
sdirectly involved in the Mexican cartels. The efforts made by Felipe Calderon
are impact on Mexican citizens who are classifye dasnarcoticsusers, governments
providere habilitation for those who can not get away from drugs, and closed
drugs lab on Mexico Calderon administration did two strategies that aim to
minimize the lead to abolish the drug trade in Mexico and outside of the
country. This internal effort be given decisions in handling narcotics cases
