UPAYA PEMERINTAH INDONESIA UNTUK MENYELESAIKAN KONFLIK GOSONG NIGER
Abstract: Gosong Niger
Conflict caused by Malaysia claim. This conflict known after Malaysia Navy or
usually called Tentara Laut Diraja Malaysia (TLDM) chase away Indonesian’s ship
that across the Gosong Niger waters area. Beside that, Gosong Niger was promote
as one of tourism destination in Malaysia, and then describe it in the Malaysia
Peta Baru that unilateral published on 1979. This research purpose to know how
Indonesia government to do to solve Gosong Niger Concflict. Indonesia goverment
use diplomacy based on UNCLOS 1982, delimitation and demarcation.
