Abstract: In a study of the
author pick up, have a purpose to understand and describe the role of AusAID in
to solving HIV/AIDS in Papua, and
execute programs AusAID with functions in to give the assistance in Papua.
Australia and Indonesia Partnership work together into being Indonesia rich
country, democrate, and secure. And execute something Programs have impact
toward to poor people life. First Australia foreign assistance because of
AusAID in Indonesia 100 percent hibah Assistance and to execute project by Australia
Department chosed in a competitive agree with
government to commodity supply or service. And This program is a
government to government.Further in this research, writer use
descriptive-predictive method that is describing one or more phenomena with some
consideration, and Eksplanatory the causal relationship between the future
phenomena explained by the investigation. Result in a study to show with do
programs can less spread HIV/AIDS problem in Papua. AusAID working together
with local government and some LSM to
realization that programs can to solve HIV/AIDS problem. Assistane classifier
in there such as to give fund assistance, sosialization, make the HIV
consultation place and give antiretroviral to according step by step can do
finish comperhesive. And this partnership between Indonesia and Australia will
be going on to 2016th.
