ABSTRACT: The imbalance
of cocoa market
had led to
a disastrous impact
for producer in the
lowest level, the
farmers. Ghanaian cocoa
farmers the majority have complex poverty problems. The

social and economic problems. This study aims to determine the effect on the
progress of Fair Trade certification
of cocoa farming
sector in Ghana,

Kuapa Kokoo in addressing this problem.
