KERJASAMA MICROSOFT CORP. DENGAN PEMERINTAH INDONESIA DALAM BIDANG ICT (INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY) TAHUN 2006
Abstract: This research aims
to describe the cooperation undertaken by the Microsoft Corporation and the
Government of Indonesia in the field of Information Technology. This type of
research is descriptive which describes the collaboration between Microsoft
Corporation and the Government of Indonesia agreed through the MoU (Memorandum
of Understanding) in advancing information technology and increasing
enforcement against violations of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in
Indonesia. Data presented are the secondary data obtained through literature
review and literature such as books, internet, and others. The analysis
technique used is qualitative analysis techniques.
The results showed the MoU between Microsoft Corp. with the Indonesian
government realized in the form of cooperation in the field of ICT. There are
three programs that have been implemented, the National Single Window,
Microsoft Innovation Center, and Bina-ISV program. Microsoft and Indonesian government was hope with the
implementation of the three programs, to develop technology and information in
Indonesia. As well as being a solution for the many cases of violations of
Intellectual Property Rights.
