EKSISTENSI PERSATUAN ISLAM DALAM PENYEBARAN PAHAM KEAGAMAAN (Analisis Kajian Komitmen Organisasi Jamaah Persis Terhadap Aktivitas Dakwah Islamiyah Di Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat)
Abstract: The existence of an
organization is surely give a significant contribution to the members of the
organization itself. The organization reach something collectively. Likewise
also in Persatuan Islam as an organization that active in education and religion sector, that cant be separated
from the role of the member or pilgrims itself. This research has proven that
the achievement of the goals and the objectives of the organization is the
embodiment of the integration of self commitment of pilgrims to do exactly like
the prophesy. It means that the on going prophesy has to be stood on the
organization commitment that built based on the awareness of the each Persatuan
Islam’s pilgrims. The organization commitment not only relate on the loyalty of
the members positively, but also involve in active relationship between the
members and organization, in which members are willing to contribute as much as they can to realise the purpose and continuity
of the organization. The conclusion based on that is that the pilgrims’s
commitment of Persatuan Indonesia could give a significant effect to the
prophesy activity in the aim of spreading Islam in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
