DINAMIKA KONFLIK DALAM ORGANISASI
Abstract: Aware or unaware a
conflict can occurred anywhere in every situations, an indicator showed that
when the communication and information system did not meet the target
miscommunication arise or misunderstanding among two sides or more there will
be a conflict. Naturally, conflict can arise as the cause as indicates aboe.
Conflict is a battle or loose among individual or organization group up to
collision among countries which consequently created war between countries.
However, despite the size of the problem, conflict can be solve in many ways.
For instance, by using power, confrontation, compromise, serene the situation
and, step down from the position.
