ORIENTASI WIRAUSAHA PENGUSAHA BORDIR KERANCANG
ABSTRACT: The aim
of this study
is to examine
aspects of the
entrepreneurial orientation of embroidery 's small and medium enterprises
(SMEs) in Bukittinggi. The dimensions of Entrepreneurial orientation
are measured by
innovation, proactive and
risk averter. The Data
were collected throught
questionnaires of 153
people as the
sample of this research. Using
random sampling method,
descriptive analysis showed that
the embroidery 's SMEs
in Bukittinggi quite
innovative and proactive
in competitiveness. On the other
hand, embroidered's small and medium enterprises in Bukittinggi not quite enough
risk averter. Based on this results of each dimension forming an
entrepreneurial orientation can be
concluded that the
entrepreneurial orientations of
embroidery's SMEs are both at moderate levels .
