PERHITUNGAN SELISIH PENDAPATAN DAN SEWA LAHAN HUTAN KEMIRI RAKYAT (HKR) DENGAN KONVERSINYA DI KABUPATEN MAROS
Abstract: This research was
intended to measure the income differential of the farmer’s incomes gained from
the community candlenut forest (Hutan Kemiri Rakyat – HKR) and its conversion.
The ratio of the farmer’s incomes per ha/year between HKR and its conversion
were: temporary farming (1: 3.42); permanent farming (1:4.84); and cocoa
farming (1:3.42). Specifically, this study also investigated the differential
of farmer’s land rent incomes. The ratio of the farmer’s land rent per ha/year
between HKR and its conversion were: temporary farming (1: 2); permanent
farming (1:3.98); and kakao farming (1:2.92). In absolute number, the
differential of land rent were: temporary farming (Rp 982,816.25); permanent
farming (5082263.96); and cocoa farming (1357202.3).
