PENGARUH VARIABEL INDIVIDU, PSIKOLOGIS DAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA BIDAN DALAM PERTOLONGAN PERSALINAN DI RSKD IBU DAN ANAK SITI FATIMAH MAKASSAR TAHUN 2013
Abstract: There are still lack
of performance of the 67 midwives at the RSKD maternity clinic, in which 35
midwives are civil servant and 32 are still voluntary midwives. The objective
is to analyze factors that affect the performance of midwives in delivering
baby-birth at RSKD fatimah in 2013. The method is quantitative, a cross
sectional with survey analytic approach. The data are collected by using a
questionnaire. The data areanalyzedby
chi square testand logistic regression. The result shows that there is a
relationship between the competence of the midwives (p=0,034).; experience (p=0,001); learning (p=0,049); reward (p=0,001);
resources/equipment (p=0,001); the attitude (p=0,008) the workload (p=0,021)
and the performance of the midwives in delivering the baby-birth at RSKD
fatimah. The conclusion isbased on the results of multivariate logistic
regression analysisthat the most influentialvariableis experience with a value
of Exp (B) of 0.039and the least influential is reward with 0.033.
