PENGARUH AUKSIN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT CABUTAN ALAM GAHARU ( Aquilaria malaccensis Lamk)
Abstract: Seeds scraped nature
is one seed source alternative to breed the type of agarwood (Aquilaria
malaccensis Lamk). To support of its growth is very essential role of growth
hormone in particular is auxin. The aim of this research is to determine the
effect of auxin on the growth of seedlings of natural chum aloes (A.
malaccensis Lamk). Treatment of hormone auxin concentration and immersion time
gives a good 1effect on the percentage of the speed of life and sprout, for the
parameters of leaves just long immersion treatment which gives a good effect.
Of all the treatments, the concentration of auxin treatment and a good long
soaking the seeds for the growth of natural chum aloes (A. malaccensis Lamk) is
a treatment A2B2 (5 gr/200 ml of auxin concentration and soaking time 5 minutes).
